Core Purpose

Who Am I

Three roles, one operating model.

Strategist, architect, and governance professional — three lenses I bring to the same problem: making AI valuable, buildable, and safe.

Strategy

Strategist

I set the direction — business and AI strategy for org growth and tech effectiveness, shaped by a seat on CEPS' Apply AI Strategy Task Force for Europe.

Architecture

Architect

I turn strategy into structure — TOGAF's Business, Data, Application & Technology layers, extended for AI as a Claude Certified Architect, so it's built to scale.

Governance

Governance Professional

I build the safeguard — EU AI Act certified, a contributor to the Act itself, devising governance frameworks that scale across the enterprise.

Unique Value Proposition

Three things, in this order.

Operating at the intersection of business, product, and technology — backed by 17 years of experience, rigorous enterprise architecture, and deep regulatory trust.

FIND VALUE MAKE IT SAFE EQUIP TEAMS 17 YEARS · BUSINESS × PRODUCT × TECHNOLOGY GOVERNANCE
I. Find Value

I find where AI creates value — and prove it by building.

From a funded prototype to a 260-user enterprise platform (Nitro), and a customer-facing forecasting product (FAST AI) where the model narrates and a proprietary engine computes.

II. Make It Safe

I make it safe to build — governance embedded at the architecture stage, not retrofitted.

EU AI Act obligations designed into the system from day one — Compliance-by-Design, now a portfolio-wide governance standard. Contributor to the European Commission's Article 50 draft guidelines; member, CEPS Apply AI Strategy Task Force.

III. Equip Teams

I equip every team to deliver it — mentoring, tooling, and workflow redesign that sticks.

PULSE — an agentic spec pipeline (transcript → requirements → specs) — and a mentoring practice that earned the name "AI Therapist" for ~50 people guided through the agentic era.

Together

Innovation without governance is reckless. Technology without human development is empty. I hold both, at once.

17 years of enterprise consulting and applied-AI product leadership, in regulated European industry.

Capabilities

Where business, product, and technology meet.

Deep enough in every domain to drive execution — and positioned exactly at the intersection, where AI strategy actually turns into working systems.

AGENTIC AI & PRODUCT ARCHITECTURE & GOVERNANCE CONSULTING & DOMAIN SRA
Agentic AI & Product

Building agentic systems that ship — not just demos.

Architecting production platforms where models narrate and specialised engines compute, with evaluation and observability built in from the start.

Architecture & Governance

Rigorous enterprise architecture that treats compliance as a design constraint, not an afterthought.

TOGAF-grounded architecture practice, risk classification frameworks, and Compliance-by-Design under the EU AI Act.

Consulting & Domain

17 years of client-facing consulting across regulated, high-stakes industry.

Executive advisory, ERP/CPQ/CRM transformation, and deep domain expertise across automotive and aerospace.

The Overlap

Most people are strong in one of these. I operate at the intersection of all three — which is where AI strategy actually turns into scalable, safe enterprise blueprints.

That intersection is the whole value proposition.

Impact

Proof, not adjectives.

Selected outcomes from 17 years of enterprise consulting and applied-AI product leadership.

Nitro

Conceived, designed, and spearheaded an enterprise GenAI platform

Two local reference implementations (PDLC + PMO) triggered full production funding. Awarded the President's Award, H2 2025.

EU AI Policy

A practitioner seat at the table shaping how the EU AI Act gets applied.

Contributor to the European Commission AI Office's Article 50 draft guidelines; member, CEPS Apply AI Strategy Task Force (Automotive & Mobility), report due Feb 2027.

Recognition

Recognised from the shop floor to the boardroom.

President's Award (H2 2025) for strategic impact; Above and Beyond Award from Infosys for building the CPQ Center of Excellence; an award from Boeing for early applied-NLP delivery.

Signature Systems

Systems built to outlast the person who built them.

Simulation Tool's agentic architecture, PULSE's transcript-to-spec pipeline, and Compliance-by-Design are now adopted as standards well beyond their original team.

Journey

Seventeen years, one throughline.

From automating aircraft engineering pipelines to defining EU-level AI strategy — always at the point where a system meets the people who depend on it.
